Nearly two years ago Sony launched its Smartwatch, a multi-touch wrist watch that runs on android with customized apps and lots of widgets. Though it didn’t got the attention of masses due to limited apps, poor battery life and many bugs.

Sony is teasing a new Smartwatch on its twitter account, showing an infographic that 1 out of 3 smartphone users want to wear a Smartwatch. The image suggests that the new watch will be unveiled at the Mobile Asia Expo in Shanghai 2013.

Some rumors suggest that the new watch will feature a larger screen, with Android Jelly Bean 4.2, and three buttons layout like smartphones, a bigger battery and NFC to quickly pair with other devices.
