Ufone has recently introduced a new messaging service for its customers labeled as Fast Chat. This service works over USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data ) platform. USSD messages are up to 182 alphanumeric characters in length.

Unlike Short Message Service (SMS) messages, USSD messages create a real-time connection during a USSD session. The connection remains open, allowing a two-way exchange of a sequence of data. This makes USSD more responsive than services that use SMS.
USSD platform is usually used to communicate with the service provider, such as balance inquiry, service subscription etc.

How to get this service:
To get Ufone Fast Chat, you need to dial *4400# from your mobile phone. After successful subscription usage details will be forwarded to your number.

• This offer comes with a weekly subscription and charges are 5+tax/week.
