Chinese manufacturer Lenovo has unveiled its first Windows-based smartphone “Lenovo 503LV”. It runs the latest version of Windows mobile OS i.e. Windows 10.
This comes as a surprise, as every other smartphone manufacturer is withdrawing from Windows and shifting towards Android.
Lenovo has made this phone specially for the Japanese telecom company Softbank, however it may be available in other parts of the world later.
Phone Specifications
This phone packs a 5″ IPS display with 720p resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB expandable storage.
The camera duo includes 8-Megapixel primary shooter and 5-Megapixel selfie camera on the front. It also supports Bluetooth 4.0 and 4G LTE.
The hardware is powered through a 2,250mAh battery, that is good enough for a Windows phone to run 24 hours.
This is a Windows 10 device, however there is no mention whether or not it supports Windows 10 key features Continumm and Windows Hello.
