The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan has recently launched a “Grievance Redressal Platform” for students that gives them an opportunity to log their complaints in a structured way so that they could be responded by Higher Education institutes focal persons and could be resolved in a timely fashion.
Presently, students can register at this portal and lodge their complaints regarding:
- Admission Problems
- False/Misleading Information
- Bribery/Demand of un-solicited money
- Discrimination
- Harassment
- Unfair evaluation
- Scholarship Issues
- Fee issues
- Administrative issues
You can follow this link to register, but make sure that you have a valid CNIC, otherwise you won’t be able to make an account.
Furthermore, you’ll have to provide your personal information, educational background and some other details to create your profile. After that you can register your complaints and HEC will assign a focal person to help resolve your issues.
