Apple Could Release MacBook With OLED Display in 2024

Apple’s first OLED MacBook is expected to come by the end of 2024. According to popular analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple is looking forward to “diverse form factors” and design options for its MacBook lineup that only OLED technology can facilitate.

According to Kuo, OLED display technology in laptops provides an advantage over mini-LEDs in that it allows thinner, lighter designs – including foldable – and therefore Apple is expected to produce the OLED MacBook by 2024.

Using OLED panels by Apple is expected to significantly impact the OLED laptop market. This move is expected to lead to an increase in OLED laptop shipments in the future.

In addition to their ability to create thinner, lighter laptops, brighter and more vibrant displays, and deeper blacks, which can be particularly useful in mobile devices, OLEDs have a number of other advantages that are likely to drive this trend.

As per AppleInsider, Ross Young, another noted analyst, has said that Apple could launch a 13.3-inch OLED MacBook Air in 2024
