OnePlus is launching its newest product, the OnePlus Ace 2, on February 7th. In addition to the phone, they are also introducing an improved cooling system accessory, the 27W freezing point cooling back clip – to ensure that the Ace 2’s performance stays at peak levels.

The design of the new back clip is in keeping with the 18W back clip cooling fan released by OnePlus a year ago. It is presented in a plain white color scheme with OnePlus’s iconic classic red shade on the cooling fan.

This back clip has been designed using an aerospace-grade double-TEC overclocking cooling system, a customized “tornado” radiator, and dual individual control chips.

Boasting a maximum cooling ability of 27W, this back clip should considerably enhance heat dispersion and maintain the phone cool, even when put through strenuous use.

OnePlus is collaborating with Yuanshen for the launch of a new product, and it is likely that a joint edition of the color-matching back clip will be released to meet the demands of enthusiasts.

The 18W freezing point cooling back clip was priced at 199 yuan before, and with the improved power of the new back clip, its price is expected to go up.

However, no precise pricing data has been divulged yet, so it would be intriguing to observe how consumers respond to this new item.
