Last month, confirmed that it would announce the Realme GT Neo 5 in February. Now we have finally come to know that the company will reveal Realme GT Neo5 on February 9th in China. Furthermore, the company reconfirmed that the phone will support 240W rapid charging.

Reports suggest that the phone could come with two battery options: a 4,600mAh cell equipped with 240W charging, and a 5,000mAh battery with 150W charging. These devices are likely to sport a different rear design, but the rest of the specs are likely to be the same on both battery variants.

The Realme GT Neo 5 is likely to have a 6.74-inch OLED display with a punch-hole design, with a 15K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is expected to have an under-display fingerprint scanner for security.

The device is said to be powered by the underclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor, with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 3.1 storage. It is expected to come with the Android 13 OS and the and the Realme UI 4.0 on top.

For selfies, the Realme GT Neo 5 may feature a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. On the back,it will boast a 50MP main camera with an IMX890 sensor and OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
