Redmi is preparing to launch its new handset in the global market on 26 February. The handset’s name is Redmi 12C, and there has been a lot of information released about this phone so far.
Before its official release, let us discuss the specifications, features, camera and possible price of the Redmi 12C.
According to reports, it will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset and feature LPDDR4X RAM along with eMMC 5.1 storage. Additionally, there may be an option for virtual RAM.
Regarding the camera setup of the Redmi 12C, a 50MP shooter with an f/1.8 aperture will be featured on the back panel along with a depth sensor (details yet to be revealed). A 5MP front-facing camera will also be provided for selfies and video calls.
Both front and rear cameras can record 1080p videos at 30fps. This Redmi device will house a 5000mAh battery, accompanied by a 10W standard charger.
Among Redmi phones, the Redmi 12C is expected to be among the most affordable. In addition, there will be two options for the smartphone: one with 3GB RAM and 64GB storage and one with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage.
As per Tipster, the 3GB RAM variant is expected to cost EUR 170, while the price of the Redmi 12C in Pakistan is expected to be around Rs 47,000.
