Samsung officially announced One UI 5.1 update to current Galaxy devices alongside latest Galaxy S23 series

A new version of Samsung’s One UI 5.1, based on Android 13, was debuted on the Galaxy S23 series smartphones unveiled earlier this month, and it has now been rolled out worldwide.

One UI 5.1 is available for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy Z Fold4, Galaxy Z Flip4, Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, Galaxy S20 Ultra, Galaxy S20 FE 4G, and Galaxy S20 FE 5G.

One UI 5.1 comes with new features, including Expert RAW, enhanced Photo Remaster, Multi Control, and a new dynamic weather widget.

In addition to adding custom wallpapers, ringtones, touch sensitivity, and fonts, Samsung has also expanded its Modes and Routines features to make specific activities easier to customize.

One UI 5.1 has enhanced the Smart Suggestions widget by introducing the potential for it to suggest Spotify music and collections tailored to a user’s lifestyle.

Additionally, one can now exploit a unified ecosystem between mobiles and laptops with extended multi-control between Galaxy Book and smartphones.

This opens up the possibility of a shared mouse, keyboard or trackpad not only with Galaxy tablets but also certain Galaxy phones, thereby making it simpler to copy and paste images from one device onto another as well as dragging and dropping across both gadgets as if they were one unit.
