The Federal Board of Revenue has once again extended the date for filing returns of income tax for year 2016. This is the fourth time extension has been given and all registered persons are urged to file their returns up to November 30.

The filing of returns of income and statement of final taxation was earlier due on August 31 which was first extended up to September 30, 2016, then to October 31, and for the third time the FBR extended the date to November 15.

Every registered person can use the e-Filing option available at the FBR website. If you’re a registered tax payer you can use this link to enroll for e-Filing. Unregistered persons can use this link to register and enroll.
