HMD Global has announced launch of its second Nokia smartphone– the Nokia 5 in Pakistan, which will be available to buy through Advance Telecom.
Unveiled earlier this year at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the device combine superior craftsmanship, distinctive design and powerful entertainment features.
Commenting on the Nokia 5 launch in Pakistan, Kamran Khan, Head of Near East, HMD Global said, “Following the positive response we received after the launch of Nokia 3, we are very pleased to bring the Nokia 5 to consumers in Pakistan today.”
The Nokia 5 features an aluminum body with a laminated 5.2” IPS HD display. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC and 2GB of RAM, Nokia 5 delivers excellent battery life and improved graphics performance.
Moreover, this phone packs a 13 Megapixel, f/2.0, phase detection auto-focus camera with dual-LED flash and an 8 Megapixel, 84-degree wide-angle front facing camera.
Powered by a 3000mAh battery, the Nokia 5 provides dual SIM 4G LTE connectivity and also features a front mounted fingerprint scanner. The phone runs on Android Nougat out of the box and Nokia promises to deliver timely Android updates for this phone, including the upcoming major release of Android O.

Presently, Nokia 5 is available in four distinct colors – Matte Black, Silver, Cooper and Tempered Blue, and will retail at Rs. 21,900 with one year local warranty of Advance Telecom.
