The vivo X90 Series is expected to launch in China during this month as per multiple reports on the Chinese social media website – However now there’s an image being shared on Weibo that seems to be a screenshot of the Vivo X90 Pro+.

Digital Chat Station has shared data regarding what seems to be identical device in keeping with the live shot – that shows the exterior of the device featuring a flashy red color and Xtreme Imagination moniker which was previously Professional Photography for the X Series.

The leaked image doesn’t show the front side of the Vivo X90 Pro+ but it is most likely to have a curved-edge AMOLED panel with a centrally positioned punch-hole on the front. The red-colored back panel includes a metallic strip placed below the round-shaped camera module. The LED flash unit and ZEISS emblem is seen towards the right of the phone’s back. The Flashlight appears similar to Xenon Flashes seen in the older Nokia devices but we’re not sure if the company is actually making the switch from LED flash or not.

There are three regular cameras located on the round camera island as well as a periscope zoom lens and a microphone, according to the leaked schematic by DCS. It has previously been reported that this device may be equipped with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 camera that measures one inch in diameter. As part of this project, there will be three Sony lenses: a 48-megapixel Sony IMX598 ultra-wide lens, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX578 portrait lens, as well as an OmniVision OV64B periscope zoom lens with a resolution of 64 megapixels.

The device is claimed to be equipped with the forthcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM, and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.0. It is likely to house a 4,700mAh battery, which will offer 120W wired charging and 80W wireless charging.

On the front, it is expected to sport a 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED panel. The screen is expected to provide a 2K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and 1440Hz PWM dimming. The device may come equipped with a 32-megapixel front camera.

vivo also launches the X-Series in its global markets with slight modifications and a different operating system. However, we should not expect this device hit the Pakistan market anytime before March next year – considering there is political stability in Pakistan at that time.
