Samsung Galaxy S23 series launch is expected to happen on February 1st globally but the company has not yet confirmed the same officially. Ahmed Qwaider, however, has leaked numerous details about the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, including the RAM and storage options and color options.

The lineup will include three models in total: Samsung Galaxy S23, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus, and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

According to tipster Ahmed Qwaider, Samsung has listened to its fans and is bringing an important upgrade. The South Korean giant may be doing away with 128GB base storage for the Galaxy S23 series. The base variants of the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra all seem to feature 256GB of internal storage. The Galaxy S23 Ultra will also be available in 512GB and 1TB storage variants.

The Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra will reportedly be available in Cream, Green, Lavender, and Phantom Black colours.

The Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ might feature 8GB RAM as a base, while the Ultra version will include 12GB RAM. Previously, the bump in storage was free during pre-order or discounts, but these offers were limited to the US and some other markets.

The tipster also claims the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will feature a flatter display when compared to its predecessor. This change should improve the S Pen experience while writing and drawing on the screen. New Samsung Galaxy S23 models come with OneUI 5.1 custom skin pre-installed.
