In an effort to catch up with Microsoft, which recently revealed AI-powered Bing capabilities, Google has unveiled Bard, its own ChatGPT. Although there were difficulties with the company’s first launch, CEO Sundar Pichai has stated that progress is being made swiftly.

A conversational tool that makes use of a sizable language model to enable more natural interactions is one of the features being developed. Instead of seeing this as a threat to Google, which now enjoys a strong position in the search engine business, Pichai saw it as an opportunity.

“You’ll have a whole diverse range of options,” Pichai said. “The technology will be more accessible than people expect.”

The potential impact of this new innovation, if implemented correctly, could be greater than that of ChatGPT plus Bing. Despite Pichai’s lack of a release date, it is probably coming soon given the company’s schedule limitations.
