While Microsoft is shying away from launching a new Windows Phone, Alcatel has decided to step in with its flagship IDOL 4S. Priced at $469 this phone runs Windows 10 OS and will go on sale starting November 10.
The Windows powered IDOL 4S has a similar design to its Android counterpart, however it brings some hardware changes inside. This version is powered by a Snapdragon 820 chipset along with 4GB of RAM and 21MP primary camera.
IDOL 4S also packs a “FREE VR Headset” and is the first Windows phone to do so. Speaking about Windows it does also support features like Continuum and Windows Hello, so you can use the smartphone as a mini computer by connecting it to a full size keyboard, mouse, and monitor and the ability to unlock via fingerprint scanner.
