Huawei’s flagship devices P10 and P10 Plus got much highlight recently, first due to their amazing camera setup and then again due to their memory issues affecting the phone performance.
However, the third sibling P10 Lite remained under the wraps until Huawei has announced to launch this phone in Pakistan’s market today.
P10 Lite at a Glance:
It is a mid-range phone that shares the family name but doesn’t include the Leica Dual-Camera setup. Moreover, the design layout is quite different from the P10 and P10 Plus. The P10 lite has an elegant set of straight lines and curvatures, along with a combination of solid metal and crystal-clear glass. It has 5.2-inch 1080p screen with a 2.5D curved glass that sits on top of it.
Under the hood, it is powered by the octa-core Kirin 658 chipset along with 4GB of RAM and 32GB storage. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Huawei’s EMUI 5.1 on top of it.
This phone has a single 12-Megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and dual-LED, an 8MP front camera with a level portrait mode sits on the front. While the camera doesn’t feature anything extraordinary, Huawei is calling this phone a Seflie Superstar.
The P10 lite is the first phone in the lite series to feature knuckle sense technology, enabling easy shortcuts by tapping/drawing on the screen with knuckles. The Wi-Fi Bridge is another innovative function in the P10 lite, supporting a Wi-Fi signal for up to four terminal devices.
This phone also offers Dual-SIM 4G LTE connectivity, fingerprint scanner, gravity, optical, distance sensors and a gyroscope.
P10 lite’s 3000 mAh battery supports fast charging and 30-minute charge powers 43 percent of the battery; while 97 minutes provides a full charge.
Price and Availability:
P10 Lite is available in 4 colors; Black, Blue, Gold and White with one year local warranty of Airlink Communication, Huawei’s official distributor in Pakistan. This phone is priced at Rs. 34,000, which seems to be a good price since this phone retails at $370 in other international markets.
