The F-series from OPPO is known for its youthful design language and the focus on “Selfie Cameras”. The current F19 Pro has been selling in the market for over a year now and will be replaced with the upcoming F21 Pro.
New details have been emerged about the design of the phone and more interestingly about the product ambassador for the F21 Pro. OPPO has parted ways with the current celebrities Asim Azhar and Maya Ali and have brought the famed actor Fawad Khan on board.
Fawad Khan, who is currently 40 years old established himself as one-to-watch in the the film and TV industry in Pakistan. He was also confirmed to play an important role in upcoming Disney Plus series Ms. Marvel.
It also merits mentioning here that Fawad was previously the brand ambassador for Samsung and his charismatic personality was a good match for the Galaxy series, however it is yet to be ascertained if he can resonate with the youthful brand image and especially of the F-Series.
According to the poster design the smartphone itself looks identical to the OPPO Reno7 that was launched in Indonesia earlier this month. The device has a clean Orange-gold colored back with the camera island at the top left – that looks like an audio cassette.
Furthermore, the smartphone is marketed with the tagline “Fantastic Selfie”, revealing that its highlight will be the front-facing camera.
There is no word on the specifications, pricing and launch date of this phone in Pakistan – however, it is expected that the phone will launch in early April with an expected price tag of Rs. 59,999.
